An electrical/electronics engineering organisation near Norwich airport is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support continuous production within a clean, bright and open manufacturing facility.

ME projects to improve RTY and productivity whilst reducing waste run in parallel, ranging from simple assembly enhancements to full automation solutions.

In this role, you will own, maintain, and improve the manufacturability of new and existing products through design, development, troubleshooting, upgrading, and documentation of manufacturing processes. Exploring new technologies and manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and productivity.

The Team

The ME Team is a relatively small group of 13 individuals (7 Norwich / 5 Berlin) with a blend of knowledge and skills, encompassed through a range of ages and nationalities.

The wider European team meets weekly to track and discuss issues on other sites to see ways in which they can help each other leverage their skill sets more effectively.
