Are you a Panel Wireman or similar with a background in HVAC or similar looking to step into a growing company with the potential to move up to a workshop manager position along with overtime to greatly boost earnings?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing company who specialise in control systems for commercial buildings and have worked on projects for the likes of British Gas, the NHS and local authorities. They are looking to expand their Panel Wirer team and set up and larger and more productive workshop.

This role will involve the construction of control panels for primarily the facilities management industry. You will building the control panels, selecting the appropriate parts for the projects, helping to manage stock for parts and carrying out quality checks on completed work.

This role would suit a Panel Wireman or similar with a background in HVAC or similar looking to join a growing company that is looking to take on more work and staff in the coming years and can provide progression to a workshop manager position and plenty of overtime to greatly boost earning potential.

The Role

  • Working from technical drawings and diagrams
  • Building panels to specific regulation standards
  • Learning to use machines if needed
  • Fault finding and resolving problems
  • Ensure all components and finished goods are quality controlled
  • Assist with other warehouse duties such as stock control or dispatch

The Person

  • Panel Wireman or similar
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams
  • Commutable to Leeds

Working hours are 07:30-16:45 Monday to Thursday plus an early finish on Friday As well as this you will be working in a brand new purpose built facilities, and will receive 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
