Company Description:

A globally recognised manufacturer of safety critical components is looking to recruit an Electrical / Electronic Engineer to join their team due to further expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Support capture of customer software and systems requirements
• Prepare new electrical drawings and modify existing drawings.
• Assist in verification and qualification test activities.
• Input customer requirements into system and software product requirements.
• Prepare procedures and documentation for product verification, validation and qualification.
• Software validation
• Provide system integration guidance to Design team during the initial design of a range of products regarding system electrical architecture, software design and operation, design for EMC, wiring schematics and safety related issues.

Skills & Experience:

• HNC/HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering discipline
• Experience of Electrical, EMC or software test plan creation
• Experience of DO160 electrical and EMC test requirements
• Knowledge of electronic component selection and substitution

This position is commutable from:

• Southend on Sea, Rochford, Rayleigh, Wickford, Daws Heath, South Benfleet
