Are you a Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to expand your knowledge in Commercial Litigation with a firm that will help develop your career?

My client is an established law firm based in Dorset currently looking to grow its Commercial Litigation team due to an increase in workload.

As a 1+ year's PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of commercial litigation including acting on areas such as:

  • General contractual, commercial disputes
  • Professional negligence cases
  • Property litigation
  • Debt recovery
  • Employment disputes
  • Contentious probate disputes

You'll have the support of the team to help with your development.

Your role as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor will involve:

  • Being in a supportive team to help develop your career
  • A variety of high net worth clients
  • Active in business development, in gaining new clients, and growing your own caseload
