  An interesting and slightly different opportunity has arisen within one of the leading regional law firms for a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy and growing team in a new senior capacity.
  
  The firm have a strong property arm with a wealth of experience already servicing a busy client base however, are looking to appoint someone into the department that will work alongside the Regional Partner and wider team.

  The firm have an established network of clients including estate agents, housebuilders and work referrers so there isn't a need to build a client base however, the understanding and want to service clients efficiently and with top quality service is important, as is the ability to continue to build upon new workflows and relationships.

  The ideal Candidate will have a Conveyancing license or be a qualified solicitor, with at least 5 years PQE. Non- qualified applications will be considered depending on experience.
