Banking & Finance (NQ to 6+PQE, Counsel & Partners) – London US Firm - Highest Salary in The Market

We are working with a leading US firm that is looking to add ambitious associates at NQ to 6+ PQE to its well-established Banking and Finance team in London. Counsel and Partner openings are also available for candidates showcasing the right experience and team fit.
The team is particularly interested in candidates with complex leveraged, real estate or funds finance experience gained from a leading practice within an international firm. Broader financing (project or asset finance etc.), structured finance or DCM experience will also be considered for the different parts of the team as various partners in the department are in "hiring mode".
Crucially, candidates should excellent academics and experience must have been gained within a top tier practice in the City or Australia, or equivalent international office in foreign jurisdictions. September 2024 NQ candidates must have undertaken a 2 year training contract in an international firm.
The successful candidates would be joining one of the most impressive law firms in the world; known for offering the most lucrative financial packages in the market.
The partners also have a realistic view on billable hours and the firm is keen to involve its more junior associates in wider firm initiatives and business development. The New York office is fully supporting a large expansion in London following some impressive lateral hires, and both the pipeline of work and prospects for new joiners is extremely positive.
Senior candidates must display an ambitious personality focused on capitalising on the unique growth strategy of the firm.
