About You
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience, or a motivated individual new to the profession who wishes to make a difference to a child's education. You will have the ability to engage students in their learning and promote positive behaviour. You will be expected to
Provide support for students within a classroom environment (and during examinations) in line with guidance on EHCPs, IEPs and Access arrangementsWork with students on an individual or small group basis, under the direction of the teacher, providing learning and pastoral support.Liaise with classroom teachers on the progress students have made to inform future support and planningAbout UsStafford Manor High School is an 11-18 school rooted in the local community.
