Your role –

6 – 8 sessions per week (must be a Monday, Thursday and Friday)

15-minute appointments

No duty clinic – all routine appointments

Mixture of telephone and face-to-face appointments

Low home-visiting numbers

Deliver exceptional levels of care to all patients
