Head Chef - 45k plus tronc - 5 Star Hotel & Golf Resort, Roxburghshire
I am recruiting for a Head Chef for a 5-star Hotel and Golf Resort with multiple outlets, including a fine dining restaurant.
Head Chef will assist Culinary Director to drive and lead the operation and financial direction of the Kitchen, whilst also ensuring a luxury experience for our customers and achieving business objectives and goals.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing new menus, training SOPs and due diligence for multiple outlets across the hotel and golf course.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a 5-Star environment, managing a large team in a high-volume, high quality restaurant/hotel/resort.
In return you will receive a generous package of 45,000 plus tronc, working alongside a fantastic culinary director and being able to directly impact the success of a genuinely beautiful venue with world-class standards.
