Key Responsibilities:- Support Students: Assist children with SEN in their daily activities and learning.
- Classroom Assistance: Help the class teacher create an inclusive environment.
- IEPs: Implement and monitor individualized education plans.
- Behavior Management: Support students' emotional and social development.
- Collaboration: Work with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff.
- Experience: Previous work with SEN children is desirable.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications preferred but not essential.

- Knowledge: Understanding of SEN conditions and support strategies.
