Commencing at £24,938 with progression to £27,166 per annumAbout the RoleWhat You Will DoThe Access and Participation Officer will represent Leeds Conservatoire and University Centre Leeds whilst promoting access to and progression in higher education (HE) through a variety of activities.

This will include activity/session administration and the facilitation of activity in schools, college and communities across West Yorkshire, mainly Leeds.

You will liaise with, and work collaboratively with, inter- and cross-institution departments and teams to develop, co-ordinate and monitor information, advice and guidance to support access and participation in HE.

This will include facilitating knowledge exchange from external agencies into the institution to relevant departments.

About You Must have a degree/equivalent qualification in a relevent subject area or equivalent or substantial work experience in this area A good understanding of the barriers to higher education for under-represented groups.

You should have experience of working on outreach and/or student support activity and experience working with schools, teachers, parents, and/or community groups would be beneficial.
