We are currently recruiting for a Head Of Commercial Property Management to join one of the most respected property consultancies in the South West. Based from one of their offices in; Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth or Truro. Our client carries out a broad range of work, from Building Surveying to Property Management through to Valuation work, for a variety of clients in the South West. The portfolio will span the South West inclusive of; retail, food & beverage, industrial, offices etc. This role will include responsibility for the company management of the Commercial Property Management Teams across all offices.
The Head of Commercial Property Management will oversee the management and growth of the portfolio, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of the commercial property market.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the South West's most respected property consultancies with over 70 staff across their offices spanning from Truro to South Wales. They offer an excellent work-life balance, hybrid & flexible working as well as ongoing support and development.
Head Of Commercial Property Management Position Salary & Benefits- Salary: 50k upwards (guide only open to discussion)
