We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic science teacher to join our successful department. This is an ideal opportunity to develop your skills and expertise, and flourish as a teacher in a supportive learning environment. Candidates must be willing to be part of the team teaching our new T Level in Laboratory Science, being launched in September 2024, and have previous experience of teaching science to A level (KS5) - Physics would be preferred. The position is offered on a one year fixed term contract on a full time basis. Previous applicants need not apply.

We are looking for someone who can deliver inspirational lessons, is willing to support students outside of the classroom, is organised and who will contribute to the Catholic ethos of the school.

We require someone with a strong commitment to teaching and learning as well as a creative and positive approach both in and out of the classroom. If you are an exceptional teacher, who can enthuse students with your own passion for learning, then we would love to hear from you.

We make managing workload a high priority. All meetings, Parents' and Open Events happen on a Thursday and staff are free to leave the site earlier on all other evenings, providing standards of marking and preparation are maintained.
