Are you an experienced mechanical estimator with a background in site operations looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our growing team as a Mechanical Estimator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Surveying and pricing commercial mechanical works, including HVAC and plumbing.
  • Preparing and managing tenders for small to large mechanical projects.
  • Developing design-build turnkey mechanical solutions for a diverse range of clients.
  • Collaborating with a network of professionals to deliver high-quality proposals and solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure trust and repeat business.
  • Managing the pre-contract phase, ensuring all specifications and client requirements are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a mechanical estimator with site experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
