Payroll Administrator - Saint Austell

St. Austell Brewery is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover an internal maternity leave. As a Payroll Administrator, your role will see you effectively perform a wide variety of payroll and People related tasks, supporting the pay and benefits team, to provide a high quality and professional service.

Your new role

Updating our People & Payroll system with starters, leavers, changes to terms and conditions, absence details, pay changes and so onMaintaining e-personnel files, ensuring records are accurate and data is held in line with GDPR requirements. Organising data files and where necessary archiving documents which are out of date.Working closely with the HR team to ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to.Supporting with project work as and when required. Continually challenge the way we do things and seek out opportunities for improvement.Completing additional accounting tasks and ad-hoc reporting as assigned by the organisation and related third parties.Preparation for HRIS/Payroll System and data cleansing.Assist in the administration of benefits in kind and statutory reporting required.
