Hours: Full-Time, 35 hours per week

Priority Community Network (PCN) Priority Communities is a term we use to describe some areas across our Diocese which are faced with particular challenges, often following years of underinvestment and attention from national and local government.
The PCN Project Officer is responsible for supporting the operational delivery of a range of practical projects, which aim to improve the lives of those in these areas. The key focus of this role is to provide a professional programme delivery service to leaders across the diocese who are accountable for achieving the PCN Project aims.
The person
We are seeking someone with previous effective project management experience who can be a driving force for change.
Good organisational skills are essential, including financial and resource management, plus producing reports and feedback. You will need to be a good communicator with emotional intelligence and excellent people and influencing skills. Above all, you will need to be fully committed to the aims and purposes of this Christian project. As such there is a genuine occupational requirement for the postholder to be a practising Christian under the 2010 Equality Act.
