Are you an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer looking for a flexible, high-impact role within a prestigious large organisation? CRA Consulting is currently seeking a talented and motivated Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our client's dynamic legal team on a remote basis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Providing legal advice on contractual matters and commercial law
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients to facilitate contract management
  • Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with commercial transactions

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or legal executive with a valid practicing certificate
  • Proven experience in commercial contracts law, preferably within a large organisation
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
