Monarch Education are looking for quality Primary Teachers to join our wonderful team of teaching professionals We are looking for educators in and around the Cheltenham area to cover both on a day-to-day and long term basis for September 2024. Offering you flexible work in your local area, we will ensure you will be enjoying making difference

We are currently looking to bring in dedicated KS1 and KS2 educators to cover a range of both short and long term opportunities that we have for the next academic year. Working with a wide variety of primary schools across Gloucestershire, we know we will find you the school that suits your experience and allows YOU to develop professionally. We'll be here to support you every step of the way, ensuring we are available to answer any questions you may have

Core job responsibilities:

  • Planning/Teaching all lessons in line with the National Curriculum (dependent on requirement)
  • Creating a positive environment and managing behaviour within the classroom
  • Providing leadership for the classroom assistant to provide the best support for all pupils
  • Provide patience and empathy to support students from all different backgrounds

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status recognised in the UK
  • Ability to motivate and support an array of students
  • Specialism or experience teaching primary children
  • Understanding of SEN requirements and support techniques
