THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the maintenance and operation of the company's facilities and equipment. This includes managing budgets, scheduling repairs and renovations and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the company's facilities. The role of the Facilities and Maintenance Manager is to ensure that the Lucky Voice facilities are well-maintained, safe and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

THE RIGHT PERSON:

You have a strong background in Hospitality or leisureYou have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsYou are a critical thinker and are able to resolve problems effectively and efficiently You have excellent organisational, planning, project planning and time management skillsAbility to prioritise and organise own workload and able to work to deadlinesYou have the ability to manage Staff and meet financial targetsAbility to work effectively both in collaboration with other professionals / teams and also on your own initiativeKnowledge of building and safety codes and regulationsExperience with budgeting and financial managementChange management and the ability to drive changeExperience in facilities and maintenance managementProficiency with relevant computer software and toolsKnowledge of mechanical and electrical systems would be beneficial Knowledge of routine preventive maintenanceFull UK driving licence (desirable)Self-motivated with a positive can-do approach to workTHE REWARDS:
