IT Engineer

The IT Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading systems, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients. Ideal candidates should possess 1-2 years of IT experience, a solid grasp of computer systems, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, including replacing defective components when necessary.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related environments, encompassing hardware, systems software, applications software, and configurations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
• Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.

Working Conditions:

• The primary workplace will be at the company's headquarters, with occasional travel to other locations as business demands.
• A three-month probationary period will be in place with performance evaluations.
