Title: Senior Analyst

Location: Hybrid - One day per week in West Midlands office

Salary: Up to 58,000 + Package

Forsyth Barnes are working with a valued client that have an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the UK's net zero and fair energy transition initiatives. The client are recruiting for a Senior Analyst to join their Transformation Office, where you will help design and implement a new target operating model for the organisation.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data and develop insights to support the Transformation Office and various workstreams.
  • Conduct independent research to address strategic design questions related to the Target Operating Model.
  • Prepare materials for SteerCo and other executive engagements.
  • Collaborate with workstream leads to understand progress, address challenges, and provide design support.
  • Develop oversight tools for the Transformation Office, including workplans, key milestones, KPIs, and cost-benefit models.
  • Create business cases to support specific initiatives within the Transformation Programme.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong preference for candidates with previous consulting experience.
  • Experience in large-scale programmes and transformation projects is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with capital delivery business processes is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
