We are recruiting an experienced fundraiser to work closely with the Director of Business Development, Principal, Senior Team and the Board of Trustees to lead and manage the growth of Elmhurst's fundraising programme.

The Fundraising Manager will devise and implement strategies, contribute to building and managing partnerships, work creatively to maximise philanthropic support to build the school's bursary programme and margin of excellence. This includes managing the trusts and foundations bid writing programme, managing key stakeholder relationships and importantly, helping to cultivate new ones.

The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering all fundraising and stewardship initiatives, in line with Elmhurst's fundraising strategy.

This is a self-contained hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days in the office with occasional evening and weekend working.
