Job Summary:
The Sheffield Citadel Corps and Community Centre is a place where local Community can gather and enjoy fellowship.

The Café is the Hub of the building and people are able to freely explore their Spirituality and the Questions of Life here.

We are looking for a person confident to run the kitchen and the café providing good quality wholesome food.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and organising the Café to both provide a clean and comfortable environment and ensure that good quality wholesome food is served.

Responsibility for developing menu plans, sourcing ingredients and managing a budget.

Leading on preparing, cooking and serving food for the café customers, as well as supervising volunteers within the kitchen that will assist with these duties.

Ensuring that all food hygiene and health and safety regulations are achieved at all times.

The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
Relevant qualification and experience in food preparation (Food Handling & Hygiene Level 2) Experience in a work environment that includes managing and training volunteers Knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations
