A leading legal 500 and chambers listed commercial firm with a national presence and reputation are looking to recruit an additional Lawyer into their corporate team in Northampton.

The corporate team deal with a broad range corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, corporate finance, Joint ventures and corporate governance matters.

The firms clients include a broad range of businesses from family owned companies up to multi national corporations as well as individuals and investors. The reputation of the firm in this specialist area is first class ensuring a regular flow of good quality, varied and interesting work into the team.

it is envisaged that the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate upwards of 5 years PQE in dealing with corporate matters such at those listed above.
