All year round

Grade 5 SCP 7-11 FTE £24,294 to £25,979 pay award pending

We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, across Dudley and South Staffordshire. Pedmore High School is situated on Grange Lane, Stourbridge, and we have over 600 students aged 11-16.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Caretaker, with a flexible approach to work and a "can do" and friendly attitude to join our Site Team. The post is 37 hours per week, all year round, normal working hours will be;

Monday 1:30pm to 9:30pm,

Tuesday 12:00 noon to 8:00pm,

Wednesday & Thursday – 9:00am to 5:00pm,

Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm (depending on the needs of the service)

Flexibility is required to cover for holidays. The Site Manager and Caretakers are rota' d for emergency call-outs 7 days a week.

You will need to have a;

· Good working knowledge of Health & Safety, including Asbestos and Legionella.

· High Level all-round maintenance ability along with excellent problem solving, time management and customer service skills.

· Full clean driving licence – Category D1 preferred
