Responsibilities:
  • Processing supplier invoices and payments, managing the AP inbox, and nurturing strong supplier relationships across the organisation ????
  • Maintaining the supplier master in Concur, creating new suppliers, and effectively managing supplier ledger ???
  • Producing monthly ageing creditors reports and preparing reconciliations on blacklines ????
  • Processing staff expenses and corporate credit card claims using Concur Expense Management system ??
  • Ensuring accurate data entry into systems, maintaining accounting records, and supporting the finance team with various tasks ????
  • Collaborating with other departments to manage supplier relationships and ensure smooth operations ???
    ? Desired Skills & Experience:
    • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and double entry ??
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including XLookUp, Pivot tables, and SUMIF formulas ??
    • Excellent English communication skills to resolve internal and external queries ???
