Role Overview:
Location: Near Colchester (just off the A12)
Responsibilities: Handle a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters. Lead and supervise a team of junior solicitors/ paralegals, providing guidance and support. Engage with existing commercial clients, delivering high-quality legal services. Business development, continue to build the department and increase its reach within the commercial world.
Work Environment: Flexible working policy with an expectation of regular in-office presence, especially initially. Options for part-time work (e.g., four days a week) are available.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: A few years of PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) in corporate and commercial law. The firm is open to candidates with 4-5 years of experience up to more senior levels.
Skills: Strong leadership and supervision skills, excellent legal acumen, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
