JOB MISSION:

Due to the exponential growth being experienced within the company and region, an opportunity has emerged for an Endpoint Systems Engineer with expertise in MDM (Mobile Device Management), particularly in Intune and Jamf, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in handling endpoint systems, including Zscaler, Microsoft Teams administration, Autopilot, SCCM, and Audio Visual systems. As an Endpoint Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our organisation's endpoint infrastructure.

Based in our EMEA Head office in Warrington we offer hybrid working (3 days in office) and flexibility of working hours to accommodate a healthy work-life balance. Occasional travel within Europe will be required for this role.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions on mobile device management platforms for corporate and retail environments using Microsoft inTune and Jamf.
  • Lead localised Zscaler policies for remote access and internet security.
  • EMEA Microsoft Teams management, ensuring seamless integration, user provisioning, and troubleshooting with global teams.
  • Develop existing Autopilot solution to streamline device provisioning and deployment.
  • Administer SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager) for software distribution, patch management, and endpoint compliance.
  • Work with our AV partner to deploy and manage Audio Visual (AV) systems, including conferencing equipment and digital displays across the region.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to endpoint systems management.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing endpoint-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in endpoint management to enhance the organisation's infrastructure and security posture.
  • Participate in an Agile team.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Proven experience as an Endpoint Systems Engineer or similar role, with a focus on MDM (Intune, and Jamf).
  • Strong proficiency in managing endpoint systems, including Zscaler, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Autopilot, SCCM, and Audio Visual technology.
  • Hands-on experience with device provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
  • Solid understanding of networking principles, security protocols, and endpoint security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and to manage time, multiple tasks, and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work as part of a team or alone.
  • Continuous improvement mentality.
  • Experience working within an agile environment is desirable.
  • Travel across EMEA would be expected in this role.
