Job Description

We are in need of Relief Home Care Support Workers who are passionate about cherishing every moment, regardless of qualifications or experience.

Job Title: Relief Home Care Support Worker

Location: Various locations within the Scottish Borders - all available locations are listed on the application form, please indicate which location(s) you are interested in.

Hours: Casual/Relief

Contract: Casual/Relief

Salary*: £13.34 per hour / £25,743.78 pro rata per annum

Qualifications: SVQ2 or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory. You can learn while you earn

Training: Comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements: PVG Adults – we will handle this for you SSSC registered.

A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is preferred.

The Role:

Provide person-centered practical and emotional support following individual support plans.

Advocate for the well-being of those under our care and ensure their needs are met inclusively.

Support, enable, and engage service users in all areas of their lives.

Handle the safe administration of Service Users' medication after appropriate training.
