Assistant Accountant

This role of Assistant Accountant is an integral part of the Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounts and transactions.

Description
The key responsibilities of a Assistant Accountant will include:
Assist in managing financial departments, including company budgets and investments.Review and manage payroll systems and transactions.
Monitor financial transactions and reports.
Process taxes and other business expenses.
Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed.
Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
Work with the Accounting & Finance team to analyse finances and develop budgets.
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Previous experience working in an accounts function.Proficiency with accounting and bookkeeping software and strong MS Excel skills.
High level of efficiency and accuracy.
Willingness to comply with all business and accounting regulations.
Attention to detail and ability to analyse information and data.
Job Offer
A salary range of £27,000 to £30,000 per annum based on experience.Opportunities for progression and development with a clear career pathway structure.
