GP Partner

We are looking for a new 5-6 session a week GP Partner to join our team following the planned retirement of our Senior Partner.
Leatside Surgery is a CQC Outstanding rated practice located in the vibrant market town of Totnes. Totnes is a flourishing semi-rural town with excellent shops, schools and cultural outlets which combine with a friendly atmosphere and beautiful countryside to make this a wonderful place to live and work.
The practice is a purpose-built building, originally constructed in 1999 but extensively refurbished to double it's size in 2012. We have a team of 10 GP Partners supported by a diverse clinical and administrative team. We are a forward-thinking training practice providing education for medical students, F2 Doctors, GP Registrars, student nurses and student paramedics.
The practice has a current list size of over 15,000 and provides medical care for a number of local residential homes. The practice hosts the community nursing team as well as TalkWorks and Community Mental Health team. We have a number of private tenants, optician and are in the process of securing a new pharmacy on site. We are a part of South Dartmoor and Totnes Primary Care Network and function as a highly collaborative group. Leatside lead on the shared workflow, social prescribing and pharmacy teams, who provide services across the whole of the PCN footprint.
