Quality Engineer - Tewkesbury

In this role, you'll be a vital part of our team, ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards.

About the Quality Engineer:
  • You're an experienced Quality Engineer with a proven track record in a similar role, ideally within electronics manufacturing.
  • You have a deep understanding of technical documentation and engineering drawings.
  • You're familiar with defense standards and possess a strong understanding of electronic components and cabling.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and concisely.
  • You're a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What the Quality Engineer will do:
  • Manage and implement inspection and certification control plans.
  • Support project management with contract reviews (PPAP & FAIRs).
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections of components and assemblies.
  • Provide manufacturing support regarding quality issues.
  • Uphold and update quality procedures.
  • Perform shop floor audits and maintain performance reports.
  • Manage non-conformance issues.
  • Actively contribute to maintaining our ISO 9001:2015 certification.
