What you need to be successful
Experienced Recruiter with a solid billing track record
360 recruitment experience with proven ability to achieve demanding targets and manage stakeholder relationships
Strong Business Development experience
Knowledge on Life Science/Tech industry (preferred but not essential)
Ability to build rapport, find solutions and be adaptable in pressuring situations
Passionate about creating a supportive environment
Self-motivated, ambitious with a positive mindset and passion to grow a business
High energy, motivated and eager to develop others
Results orientated and target driven
Ability to effectively listen and present tailored solutions
Organised and punctual
What is expected?
Working closely with the team to drive the success of the business
Confident generating new business, knowing how to develop, nurture & maintain clients
Resourcing & headhunting using LinkedIn, job boards and other suitable sources
Managing candidate process from sourcing to CV submission to presenting offers
Assist with organising interviews, collecting feedback & other support as necessary
Ensure the recruitment system is kept up to date with candidate information
Providing professional correspondence with candidates
Building long term relationships with candidates, networking
Attending industry relevant networking events
