What you will do in your working dayDuties will include:
- Complete weekly PPA (planning and preparation time)
- Support delivery of school PE services and after school sports clubs
- Complete essential admin tasks
- Support when need RED Sportswear admin, warehouse management & events
- Maintain coaching quality and standards across the business.
- Support marketing development.
The training you will be getting- The candidate will receive full on the job training as well as full training and support from SCL trainer, they will complete a Sports coach L4 qualification.
- Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
One you have completed the apprenticeship you could be looking to move into a full-time role to progress to Lead Schools Sports Coach /Camp manager.
