Our Purpose

Childrens Public Health Nursing Services aims to ensure that all children, young people and families in North East Lincolnshire receive the full service offer (The Healthy Child Programme 0-19), including universal access and early identification of additional and/or complex needs, with timely access to specialist services, to secure local services that enable School Nursing teams in partnership to contribute to improve our outcomes and reduce health inequalities for children, young people and families.

Your Role

You will contribute to the realisation of the outcomes for North East Lincolnshire, in particular to enable all people in NEL to feel safe and be safe, to have good health and wellbeing and to realise their potential through skills and learning. This will be achieved through the effective delivery of a range of support to young people and families in the locality, in order to improve their health and wellbeing and reduce the need for statutory intervention.

Working Arrangements

This role is a blended working role (the duties of the role may require a blend of home & office working in line with needs of the service)

The is frontline/office based role and the duties of the postholder to work from a set council location.
