Salary: Circa £65k + depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
- Implementing security strategy, policies, and processes in alignment with the global security strategy for the assigned market or business area
- Leading and managing a team of security professionals
- Coordinating security activities, risk assessments, and management to identify, evaluate, and mitigate security threats to personnel, assets, and operations
- Ensuring security compliance and maintaining an assurance framework for assigned workstreams
- Supporting incident management, investigations, scenario testing, and the development of security plans in collaboration with the Head of Security
Your skills and experiences:
- Strong background in investigations, incident management and handling complex crimes
- Proven ability to work in and lead a team effectively, delivering security management and protecting high value assets
- Strong understanding of security risks and mitigation strategies
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
- Degree in Security Management or equivalent professional experience
- Membership of a security institute is desirable, e.g., MsyI or ASIS
- CPP certification and/or CSMP certification and/or SRMC(A) certification is desirable
