The Skills Bootcamps Early Years Specialist is a new support staff role that will play a key part in the growth of our organisation. This is a broad role, operating in a small team and you will be responsible for the day to day running and delivery of the Early Years Skills Bootcamp Courses, acquisition and enrolment of learners, developing partnerships with employers and the fulfilment of contract requirements.

We require a specialist with a real passion for Early Years who will go above and beyond to support participants into employment, engaging with a variety of employers and stakeholders across Hampshire. This role will involve significant employer engagement, developing partnerships and relationships in order to develop the curriculum and secure outcomes for learners.

We welcome applications from candidates who have experience of working in Early Years, with the knowledge and skills to drive this project forward, managing the development of the curriculum and new employer relationships. You must have the desire and ability to inspire all students to reach their full potential with a clear commitment to delivering high quality courses and learning outcomes for students.

The successful applicant must be prepared to travel across Hampshire.
