Audit Supervisor - Top 100

The FirmAmbition is delighted to be working with a highly established Top 100 firm, who are looking for an audit supervisor to join their NFP and Charity team due to recent growth.

The firm put a real focus on making it a brilliant place to work which can been seen through the high levels of staff retention, but also through regular social events, a friendly inclusive team, and a genuine focus on work life balance.

The RoleAs an Audit Supervisor in this firm, you will be a key member of the team, and your efforts will be noted and properly valued, with clear progression opportunities to managing your own portfolio - for the right candidate, this could even be within 6 months should you prove yourself.

Past this, you'll be on a clear pathway to a managerial role.

This team has an established client base of notable not-for-profit and charity sector clients, and plenty of opportunity for you to keep growing this team further.


Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Leading audits from planning to completion * Working directly with the partner
  • Coaching junior members of staff
  • Close client liaison work
  • Visiting client sites
  • Support senior members of the team with workload
  • Work with a view to take on your own clients
  • Develop your knowledge of FRS 102 and SORP
Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have:* ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) Qualification
  • Strong experience working under UK GAAP
  • Experience leading audits from planning to completion
