Bishopton Primary School is seeking to appoint a Phonics Teacher to support our Reception, KS1 and Lower KS2 pupils. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping our pupils develop strong phonics skills, essential for their reading and writing proficiency. Responsibilities include planning and preparing lesson materials, in line with the RWI scheme.

This position involves working closely with teachers to deliver targeted phonics intervention and instruction for individuals and small groups.

We would welcome applications from

A Teacher with experience of working in EYFS and KS1

Someone with experience of delivering phonics sessions and has a strong understanding of phonics and early reading development.

Has excellent communication skills.

Someone who is able to inspire children to give of their best.

A good communicator and team player with all stakeholders of the school

An individual with high expectations of learning, achievement and behaviour.
