An exhilarating chance has emerged in the Identity & Authentication (ID&A) Platform for a Product Owner to join the team. The platform oversees crucial authentication, identification, and authorization capabilities across LBG through an enterprise-wide product offering that extends across multiple business units, customer bases, and geographies. The ID&A Platform serves as the gateway to the bank; whether the customer is logging in, making a payment, or shopping online, this platform and its team members will ensure a positive customer experience, providing assurance that their money is secure, while also offering robust security measures to deter fraudsters. You will be at the forefront of an exciting phase for the Platform, acting as a true facilitator of a wide range of business requirements.

What Will You Do?
We are seeking a Product Owner to join the expanding Identity and Authentication Lab. You will lead in shaping and executing a variety of thrilling initiatives that aid us in achieving our goals of providing authentication, identification, and authorization capabilities that cater to our customers' needs while minimizing friction whenever possible.

As well as collaborating directly with engineering teams to develop new features and launch them for business consumption, you will cooperate with Design and Data teams to comprehend customer issues and devise the right solutions. In addition to this, you will have to partner with a diverse array of stakeholders and cross-functional teams to both manage and enhance your products.

You will be functioning within a complex setting to deliver top-notch results and challenge the prevailing situation. What We Need From You:
We will particularly value your experience in some of the following areas:
  • Working with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to implement change
  • Strategic / intricate transformations
  • Payments architecture
  • Working in a B2B environment with expertise in developing self-service products being a distinct advantage
  • Advanced stakeholder management and a keen business acumen
  • Identity and/or authentication
  • An understanding of back-end, web, and mobile app technology and cloud-based services is advantageous but not crucial
