Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 4 at All Saints Catholic College[i], to provide support for pupils in the classroom who require help to overcome barriers to learning.

The main duties of the role:

· To work with groups of children under the supervision of the teacher including the delivery of programmes of work and implementation of ILPs

· Organise and manage appropriate learning environment and resources

· Within an agreed scheme, of supervision, contribute to the whole planning cycle, including preparing challenging teaching and learning objectives to evaluate and adjust lessons/work plans as appropriate

· Implement agreed learning activities/teaching programmes, adjusting activities according to pupil responses/needs, including assessment

The successful candidate will:

· Have strong moral and ethical principles and values

· Be able to adapt and respond appropriately to challenging situations

· Be someone who is enthusiastic and motivated to challenge, inspire and motivate our students.

· Be open to new ideas, committed to working as part of a team and of course have a good sense of humour
