Role Purpose

This is an important data management role supporting the operation of the Council's Property Asset Management Information System, Civica (Technology Forge).

The system holds detailed information for each property asset to support the effective asset management and strategic management of SBC's operational estate and the commercial sublet estate.

The post will provide support to the Estates Strategy Officer in the maintenance and development of the data in Civica (Technology Forge) by analysing, interpreting and processing diverse and varied information.

Essential
A good standard of education and good literacy and numeracy skills for working with documents and databases.
