Our client is a large housing association. They are looking for a Plumber Multi to join their in-house reactive maintenance team covering Slough and Berkshire.
It is essential to have a driving license to carry out this role and you must have your own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
Successful applicants will have experience with all aspects of plumbing repairs and replacements of taps, sinks, water tanks (K&B) In addition to plumbing you will have associated skills and experience in basic carpentry, tiling, painting/decorating and patch plastering repairs.
You will have effective communication skills, have experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment including a knowledge of a varied housing stock.
Their in-house maintenance team core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general. There is the opportunity to earn more from call outs and out of hours service.
