Head of Sales (UK) Salary Range: £80k - £100k base + Commission A European additive manufacturing company is looking for a Head of Sales UK to drive growth across this region.

The key responsibility of this role is to be in charge of direct sales activity, and to create, implement, and execute a commercial strategy.

Other duties will include: Conducting market research and utilizing findings in sales strategy to ensure market development and penetration.

Communicating strategy and outcomes with company executives, whilst working with other departments to align business operations.

Reviews customer activities and looks to improve processes and sales cycle where necessary.

Create and present sales reports and provide feedback.

In charge of creating and managing budgets.

Visits customers where necessary to establish and maintain key relationships.

Monitors the market and competitor services and products.

Experience: Has at least 5 years of experience in direct sales in a senior commercial position Has experience and knowledge of the additive manufacturing market, and has an understanding of potential customer base across the UK Is degree qualified in a Sales or Engineering function Additional Info: Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
