Are you an established teacher or newly qualified teacher looking for a new challenge? Are you an excellent classroom practitioner who can inspire students and work well as part of a dedicated, welcoming and supportive team?

We would like to appoint a Teacher of Dance, to join our strong and successful PE and Dance department. We offer a great opportunity for career development in a dynamic and forward thinking school.

The successful candidate will be someone who works flexibly to support the achievement of students, and consistently models outstanding practice, with students' wellbeing at the forefront of all that they do.

Applications are welcome from established teachers or ECTs who have a proven track record of academic success and who are committed to inclusive, comprehensive education. Experience of teaching examination, GCSE Dance or equivalent, BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Performance (Dance) or equivalent would be highly desirable.

The suitable candidate will be expected to make a significant contribution to the academic, spiritual, moral and cultural well-being of young people and will support an already successful department along the next stage of its development. In addition, the post will provide an excellent opportunity for professional development.
