We are recruiting for a stationary wholesaler based in WS10, committed to providing high-quality products to customers. We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrator to join the team.

You must be able to work 09:00am-16:00pm (30-Minute paid lunch) Monday-Friday.

The pay rate for this role is 12.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory work, including product labelling and stock organization.
  • Email Handling: Respond to customer and supplier emails promptly and accurately.
  • Telephone Handling: Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • General Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills are essential for this role.
  • Good English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
