My client, a specialist subcontractor in the Dry-lining industry, is currently looking for a Work Winning support officer to join them on a permanent basis to manage day-today control of the tender delivery and project launch processes of the Work Winning Department.

Key responsibilities:

  • Inputting and updating tender log spreadsheet
  • Initial client contact communication for tenders
  • Downloading and filing tender documents
  • Printing and filing required drawings for use of all Work Winning team
  • Tender action plan communication
  • Ensuring all team members have undertaken required tasks as part of the collaborative tendering including communicating with all company departments to ensure quality submission with project specific inputs from all team members
  • Support and assist entire work winning team in any tasks required to meet deadlines and assist in Work Winning
  • Booking meetings through Outlook Calender for team members
  • Recording and distributing meeting minutes for attended meetings

Key requirements:

  • Organisational, priority, planning skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to engage with suppliers, clients & key stakeholders of the business
