Join us as a Customer Communications & Literature Lead

Take on a leading role as you provide effective customer communication strategy definition and execution across the product delivery and sales teams in the bankYou'll be using competitor and customer feedback to lead a team to produce clear and concise customer literature and communicationsWe'll look to you to help define future, digital first customer communication strategy, demonstrating a continuous improvement mindsetWe're offering this role for a period of eight monthsWhat you'll do In this key role, you'll lead a team who create and oversee the project and product led customer communication and literature deliverables. In addition, you'll be: Implementing improvements to the way we communicate with our customersCreating communications and literature in line with the business strategy that will appeal to clients based on their interests, needs and circumstancesCollaborating with our central marketing function and digital team to make sure all content is in line with our integrated marketing strategyBuilding relationships with key business stakeholdersThe skills you'll need To join us in this role, we're looking for a strategic and creative person. You'll have excellent networking skills and an understanding of customer communications strategy and delivery, both physical and digital. You'll also demonstrate: The ability to influence key stakeholders across strategic, operational and delivery functionsStrong verbal and written communication skills
