Job overview

You'll have a clear and compelling vision and a strong belief in the importance of education, supporting the Headteacher alongside SLT in active leadership duties to direct the school's wider mission. You'll enable learners to become ambitious, capable and well-rounded citizens with the successful application of assessment, data and feedback.

Job requirements

Key, up-to-date knowledge of curriculum/assessment requirements and developments across the whole schoolExcellent interpersonal and communicative skills with both staff and studentsEffective provision of teaching, learning and assessment strategiesAbility to utilise data to monitor and sustain whole-school attainment and progressWhy join us?
