Job Title: Purchasing Assistant
Location: Willenhall
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25k-£31K
Immediate Start
Are you detail-oriented with excellent Excel skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client, based in Willenhall, is seeking a diligent Purchasing Assistant with parts and Manufacturing experience to join their team on a Permenent Basis.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets related to purchasing activities.
  • Assisting the purchasing team with administrative tasks as required.
  • Communicating effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a purchasing manufactured parts
  • Due to the nature of the work the client does require the candidate to be a UK national and pass a security vetting upon employment.
